Meet Our Team

Kevin epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. He became interested in property after finishing university and his first transaction was the purchase of a small investment townhouse in 1995 and again in 1997 when he and his wife Nicky designed and built their first family home together. In 2001 Kevin qualified as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and by 2005 was certified as an accredited member of the South African Property Professional Club, an exclusive group of the top 10% of the highest performing estate agents in South Africa. Less than 10% of estate agents countrywide qualify under the Club’s membership criteria. Kevin has worked in most aspects of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors and developers. Kevin’s simple philosophy is that his clients are the most important part of his business. "It's about fulfilling their goals and listening carefully to their needs". Although its not always possible, "my aim is to make their transaction satisfying and stress-free ". He loves this industry, and he wants his clients to love it too. Kevin lives and works in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney and his spare time is spent as a soccer and ballet dad.

With over 25 years of working in both Travel and Real Estate, Lisa brings a wealth of client service experience to her clientele. Bruce commenced his real estate career over 30 years ago in Wagga Wagga, rural NSW where personal service and honesty and integrity in business were far more important than any “big name, big fee” brand. Bruce was for many years the CEO of Ray White Australasia where he played a major role in the development of their franchise network in Australasia, specifically in NSW, Western Australia, Victoria and New Zealand. Since leaving Ray White he has spent the intervening years consulting, working as the founder of Next Real Estate and as a freelance Auctioneer. Bruce has conducted in excess of 10,000 auctions and he has developed an unsurpassed knowledge and understanding of the property business in most areas of the Sydney market. Although Bruce embraces technology, he is very much in favour of practising a “personal style” of real estate service. Bruce is a firm believer that new technology and old-fashioned communication, service and integrity can exist side by side.

Alon has been in business and in professional practise in various capacities for more than 30 years. In addition to being a global real estate specialist Alon is a lawyer and an investment adviser. Alon’s international perspective and experience comes from being born in Israel and spending his formative years in that country, being educated in and living for many years in South Africa and then Australia and buying and holding investment property in all 3 of these countries as well as in the United States and Europe. This has given Alon a unique perspective and in-depth experience when it comes to property investment opportunities all over the world and the successes that Alon’s clients have enjoyed in property investments all over the world are testament to his skills in this area. When it comes to investing in property most people invest in property as close as possible to where they live because they feel that this is the market that they know best. That may well be true. But it stands to reason that one’s local area is not necessarily the area where the best investment opportunities are right now. Alon is currently in the process of writing and publishing his book ‘Global Property Investing’ in which he fully sets out his ideas and methodologies about global property investing. The essence of Alon’s arguments is that somewhere in the world right now there are excellent buying opportunities or a property boom is happening or about to happen. This is not necessarily in the suburb, town, city, state or country in which one lives. Alon’s belief is that armed with the necessary knowledge and a willingness to venture into areas that might at first seem a little daunting, would-be property investors are able to find amazing opportunities. However it stands to reason too that there are many pitfalls for enthusiastic but unknowledgeable would-be investors in global property. Alon therefore takes great pride and joy in being able to present excellent investment opportunities to people who would never have thought that they are able to become global property investors or simply do not know where to start or how to go about it even if they wanted to. Alon offers a ‘bespoke turnkey’ service which involves identifying great investment opportunities around the globe for his clients, doing all the legwork involved to acquire the investment and shielding the investors from the aggravation and risk which necessarily come with any investment.
