Cheam Village is a delightful Surrey town with lots of open parkland close-by providing the area with a tranquil semi-rural feel. London is within reach by train in less than 45 minutes.
Train services are superb for those requiring fast links into Victoria or Waterloo and, with the M25 easily reached, the traveller has convenient access to both Gatwick and Heathrow.
Surrounding towns and areas include South Sutton, Banstead, Carshalton and Ewell, all of which are sought after for their excellent schools, both private and state.

Cheam is rich in history; Henry VIII built his Nonsuch Palace here and, although this has long gone, Nonsuch Park exists and provides wide open expanses of parkland and an artisan coffee shop in the Mansion House . Another interesting feature is the listed “Hare Warren Wall” which surrounds certain properties in South Cheam where, in years gone by, hares were released into the fields for hunting by the local gentry.
