We’re a group of individuals from different backgrounds with a shared enthusiasm for property and exceptional service to our clients.  We appreciate and love this beautiful part of the world and are committed to what we do.  

Above all, a close knit team of professional and empathetic people who complement each another with diverse skills and personalities, all working together for the good of our clients, through best practice.

In all, we’ve more than 80 years of combined experience in sales and the workings of the property world.

We also bring to it the sense of humour which is so essential in the world of home moving.

Nick has been involved with property all his professional life, with over 30 years experience in the sector as a property lawyer and estate agent. He and Helen acquired the business in 2005 and he has overall responsibility for managing the company, with particular emphasis on all elements of marketing and business development. He is passionate about looking after our clients and creating exciting visual marketing for their properties. With his background, he is able to troubleshoot legal issues and make things happen in the legal process. He has deep understanding of our local property market and is able to support our clients and staff on a wide range of issues. Married to Helen, he spends his leisure time with their young family and enjoys current affairs, finance and business, cooking, music, wine and Mallorca.
Nick Miller

Nick Miller Managing Director

Born and raised in the Eden area, Helen has been an estate agent for over 20 years. After working abroad as a ski instructor and language teacher, she learnt her trade working in estate agency in London and Carlisle, before settling in Penrith with husband Nick. As sales director, she is responsible for valuations, property appraisals and overseeing the sales process. She is a top class negotiator, securing the best prices for our clients, and is the inspiring leader of our exceptional sales team. Helen is a family person, spending her leisure time with Nick and her family. She enjoys good food, wine, music, skiing, seeing friends and spending time in the sun in Mallorca.

Elizabeth, known to us all as 'Bizzie', is the familiar voice and often main point of initial contact with our company, especially for clients, responsible for all the administrative workings in the office and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Highly experienced and with over ten years in our business, her vital work includes supporting the directors, valuers and sales team - liaising with our suppliers, handling contracts, effecting money laundering checks, managing our website administration and supplying us all with a wicked gingerbread on baking days. Out of work, she lives with her husband Alan and three children in Bolton and enjoys barbeques, watching rugby and working as an active advisory member of Eden Valley Young Farmers Club.
Elizabeth Barker

Elizabeth Barker Office Manager

Local girl Amy is front line sales, our viewings expert with a passion for matching buyers with their dream homes, which is her principal role. With her flair for selling, Amy invests much of her time talking to prospective buyers about homes that may interest them, giving them a clear understanding of what’s for sale and inspiring them in making choices. She knows our clients and their properties well and is able to give buyers her unique perspective, to help them with their decision making. Loves a loveheart, has a wicked sense of humour and does a mean impression. Also has the tidiest desk drawers you could wish for. Amy is a member of Eden Runners and enjoys dining out. She lives with her partner and is happy putting her creative talents to good use in her home

Amy Fawcett Sales Support/Negotiator

Donna has lived in Penrith all her life and has been in retail sales for over 20 years, and brings that wealth of experience to her role with us. She works alongside Amy in the sales office, expertly establishing and supporting relationships with our clients and buyers, bringing her calm and organised manner to a demanding environment. Very organised, she has a particular role in looking after our Fine & Country portfolio and specifically in exploiting the special opportunities available in the marketing of those properties. Donna is our liaison with Fine & Country head office in Park Lane, London and also works closely with Nick on marketing and innovation. Donna enjoys spending time with her family, doing home baking and supporting her children in their hobbies and her husband’s wedding entertainment business.
