To maximise rental income, it is essential that the property is situated no more than 25 minutes from the main attractions and is in an area that is fully approved for short term rental. The quality of the home has to be excellent with good quality furnishings.
In the case of detached homes, it is vital that they have a private swimming pool for the use of rental guests. In the case of town homes and condominiums it is essential that they are situated within resort style communities that offer communal pools, tennis courts, clubhouse with on site restaurant/snack bar, gym and spa. By having these facilities it helps to maximise rental income.
