Kevin epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. He became interested in property after finishing university and his first transaction was the purchase of a small investment townhouse in 1995 and again in 1997 when he and his wife Nicky designed and built their first family home together.
In 2001 Kevin qualified as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and by 2005 was certified as an accredited member of the South African Property Professional Club, an exclusive group of the top 10% of the highest performing estate agents in South Africa. Less than 10% of estate agents countrywide qualify under the Club’s membership criteria.
Kevin has worked in most aspects of the industry, representing sellers, buyers, investors and developers. Kevin’s simple philosophy is that his clients are the most important part of his business. "It's about fulfilling their goals and listening carefully to their needs". Although its not always possible, "my aim is to make their transaction satisfying and stress-free ".
He loves this industry, and he wants his clients to love it too. Kevin lives and works in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney and his spare time is spent as a soccer and ballet dad.

Bruce commenced his real estate career over 30 years ago in Wagga Wagga, rural NSW where personal service and honesty and integrity in business were far more important than any “big name, big fee” brand.
Bruce was for many years the CEO of Ray White Australasia where he played a major role in the development of their franchise network in Australasia, specifically in NSW, Western Australia, Victoria and New Zealand.
Since leaving Ray White he has spent the intervening years consulting, working as the founder of Next Real Estate and as a freelance Auctioneer. Bruce has conducted in excess of 10,000 auctions and he has developed an unsurpassed knowledge and understanding of the property business in most areas of the Sydney market.
Although Bruce embraces technology, he is very much in favour of practising a “personal style” of real estate service. Bruce is a firm believer that new technology and old-fashioned communication, service and integrity can exist side by side.
