Originally from the UK, Amy studied Economics and Management at Leeds University Business School and went on as Director and Manager to establish a chain of successful and highly competitive retail optical businesses. Honing her sales, management and strategic planning skills over a period of 10 years, Amy brings a wealth of qualifications and experience to her role as Director at Fine and Country.

Her flair for leadership, razor sharp instinct for business and insistence on exceptional customer service alongside her passion for architecture, interiors, styling and keen interest in the property market has made the transition into real estate easy.

Dedicated to both her clients and colleagues, Amy’s consultative approach includes constructive, well researched, realistic and accurate advice to all current and prospective clients. Her professional success is reflected in her proactive manner, attention to detail and strong belief in teamwork.

Vivek Gohil

Hailing from the UK, Vivek attended prestigious Millfield School in Somerset and studied Optometry at University. Graduating with a keen interest in business, and as an astute entrepreneur, he went on to launch a number of successful wholesale and retail optical stores. After working in this field for some years, a change of direction saw Vivek brokering high value (over 300 million Euro) commercial real estate and advising high net worth individuals, property and pension funds with these transactions.

Vivek brings extensive knowledge and expertise in international sales and years of negotiating experience gained from dealing with large commercial banks and international law firms to Fine & Country.

His success is built on passion, discretion and his ability to build strong lasting relationships with clients whilst his meticulous attention to detail and tireless work ethic ensure deals progress seamlessly from start to finish. Vivek says ‘I want to ensure my clients are completely satisfied with every aspect of their real estate journey and that their experience is one they want to repeat with me.’

Igor Nujic

Originally from Croatia, Igor came to Australia at the age of six with a soccer ball in his hand and in his heart. An extraordinary growth spurt in his early teens saw the end of his soccer aspirations but opened the door to a new sporting opportunity in the form of basketball.

Representing Australia at an elite level in basketball with a full scholarship to the Australian Institute of Sport and then the University of California where he studied Philosophy, Igor learned the fundamental values of discipline, determination, independence and drive.

Now, as the Principal of Fine & Country Perth, a premiere international brand specialising in exclusive homes, Igor is combining his skills, experience and vision to establish a new school approach to selling real estate.

Igor firmly believes that ‘presentation is everything. It is at the forefront of all that we do as a collective at Fine & Country. Our time is spent learning your property which allows us to understand it better, ultimately leading to the best possible result.’ Having sold some of the most unique properties in Perth, he has the experience and the team to present your property in its best light and effectively negotiate the best outcome.

With a detailed-oriented approach, Igor can recognise the subtle characteristics of a property, give qualified and practical advice, provide a personalised, tailored approach and adapt to any circumstance to benefit his clients. He prides himself on his ability to creatively structure a deal considering all options and possibilities.
