Prime property price growth has been strengthening over recent months. The average price for a prime market property exceeds £500,000 in all parts of the region except for one, most notably in Birmingham and Hereford. Prices have seen the highest increase in Stoke-on-Trent by 24 percent, followed by Birmingham, by 23 percent.
