Karl is Real Estate Agent Professional with over 30 years of experience in Estate Agency in the UK, Spain and Dubai. He started his career with a strong, 10-office independent in the UK during the late 1980’s and progressed from trainee negotiator to senior branch manager in record time. In the mid 1990’s Karl ventured out on his own and within four years had a 5-office network. His future then took him to Spain whereby he continued his path in Agency, setting up his own business with several offices, helping UK nationals buy property there, whilst building a network of over 250 UK Estate Agency partners. In 2013 Karl moved to Dubai to successfully sell high-end luxury Real Estate for 4 years but the weather was too intense so brought him back to his home in Spain where he decided to join the successful and global network of Fine and Country. He loves playing golf and when time allows he enjoys the many golf courses available within a 20 minute radius including the World Famous La Manga Club and the Exclusive Award Winning Las Colinas Golf.

Diego is a Real Estate Professional with several years experience in the industry in Egypt, the UK and Spain. He has worked in Sicily and Egypt but he really consolidated his career with one of the leading Agencies in the UK's West Country where he rapidly went from Trainee to Assistant Manager and where he became one of the top negotiators in the company. Joining Fine & Country Costa Blanca South and Costa Calida gave him the opportunity to go back to his native Spain where he is very knowledgeable of the area, culture and lifestyle. He is incredibly friendly, professional and caring and always centering his work around the clients’ needs to ensure a unique experience in their property journey.

Tony is an experienced and entrepreneurial sales leader with a track record of business development to drive growth. He has worked in some of the toughest sales markets in the UK and has been building and managing successful teams for over 20 years. Part of his business building experience has been in acquisition and merger and the associated challenges. He was also the Managing Director of an offshore software development company based in the UK and India and has a wealth of knowledge in process management. He moved to Spain with the intention of leading a more relaxed life until he met Karl Ormerod and was introduced to the opportunities offered by working with Fine & Country. He is now a passionate advocate of the brand and what it can offer to both clients and colleagues and believes that Fine & Country will become Spain’s leading Real Estate Agency.

Richard is an experienced sales executive offering over 30 years of experience in implementing successful sales into distribution and end user level. He has lived and in Singapore & the UK developing relationships to drive revenue across different industries and is adept at designing and executing effective sales strategies to optimise market opportunities. He has worked in Health, Automobile and Commercial property markets, the latter starting his own business providing commercial property finance to high value commercial developments throughout the UK. Richard decided to move to the more preferable climate & stunning beaches of the Costa Blanca in Spain in 2020 where he was introduced to the opportunities available to him with Fine & Country. He is passionate about giving the clients the best possible experience he can when searching for the perfect property, and helping others to find their dream home with Fine & Country.
