Your Responsibilities as a Property Administrator:
• Assisting the sales department in all admin duties
• Advertising and uploading properties
• Preparing Sales brochures
• Adhering to compliance regulations
• Previous Estate Agent administrator experience is ideal
• A varied role for a highly motivated individual working as part of a supportive and friendly team
• You will be required to have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and great initiative.
• Accurate typing and PC skills
• IT literate (MS Office, Internet, email systems)
· An eye for detail
• Admin experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Ability to self motivate and contribute to a team?

• Has knowledge of current legislation and property law.?
