Principal Accountabilities:
To deal with all incoming email and telephone leads for specified Fine and Country locations in a timely and appropriate manner whilst ensuring we maximise all opportunities to generate income streams for the company by booking Market Appraisals and Viewing appointments for our Agents, referring to company recommended Conveyancing & Solicitor firms and generating Mortgage leads.
To actively work our historic database by contacting previous Market appraisals attended to generate new appointments for our agents, mortgage appointments & conveyancing leads and by contacting customers with a house to sell to generate market appraisals, viewings, mortgage and conveyancing leads
To ensure our standard service levels are consistently achieved
To monitor results and actively look for ways to improve performance and results
