How much can you earn:

Our Partner Agents earn 45% of the fee, the minimum fee should be £12,500, so by selling just 2 properties per month your Gross earnings will be £135,000 per year. Earnings are uncapped and we have Agents charging much higher fees, selling 4 or 5 properties per month and earning significantly more.

What you do:

Partner Agents can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers, which is what most Agents enjoy doing and are good at.

What we do:

Our role is to support you and provide the tools, training and marketing you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great income and enjoy a better work/life balance. Sales Progression is also taken care of at a slight 'no sale no fee' admin fee meaning you can concentrate on generating new business.
