When the current owner fell in love with this property back in 1984, the house was in ruins. Built originally in 1692 as a residence for a local noble family, the property was completely renovated in 1990 using authentic materials and maintaining the original facade and internal design & layout.

In 1994 it was classified as a protected historical building with cultural local value and obtained its habitational licence for tourism purposes, which has expired. Anyone that would like to embrace this as a rental project should apply for an AL license.
