A building with a special architecture built on 3 levels in 1928 by the famous architect Ioan Ganciu. It is remarkable through its special architectural style, the presence of solid oak elements, which are found in the interior staircase construction and the existing interior decorations. The windows were made of solid wood, together with the shutters, by a Munich manufacturer. The building was completely restored between 1997 and 1999, keeping the original architectural elements. The works were executed for the consolidation, sewerage and infrastructure system.
