The living room leads directly onto a waterside deck and the house's own private jetty where power boats up to 7 m in length can be moored. The house is fully equipped with every conceivable requirement to make your stay comfortable. In the kitchen there is a microwave oven, convection oven and glass hob, cooker hood, refrigerator with freezer, all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Coffee machine available. Feel free to bring coffee capsules. The scullery has a double sink, dish washer, washing machine and drier.


The dining area has a six-seater table with chairs, and glass doors that open onto a patio with a built in barbecue for al fresco dining. The living room's sofas and chairs provide comfortable seating for four to six people who can enjoy watching television with DStv or their own DVDs. Alternatively, turn on the sound system and enjoy the excellent views of the lagoon from the living room or the deck which leads off it. The garage with its electronically operated door, has room for one car.


Solar panels with inverter and battery backup for electricity reserves during rolling blackouts. Gas water heating system to ensure warm 24/7.
