I started in estate agency in 1986 with a local family firm in the Lancaster area before setting up and running a very successful solicitors estate agency practice for 17 years with 5 offices in the local area. I joined the company as a Director in 2006 heading up Fine & Country which quickly established itself as the market leader in the upper quartile of the market.
