Recently, I have been responsible for managing & developing a second residential sales office for a very successful Independent estate agent, which has won many accolades/ industry awards for customer service, which has to be at the forefront of every successful property transaction.
I believe that the relationship between myself, the vendors, potential buyers and the legal teams is key in every sale and if managed professionally throughout each transaction, the majority of property sales can be taken successfully through to completion. Agreeing the sale is only the start of this process and the daily/weekly progression of each agreed sale is often overlooked by other agents and can lead to excessive fall throughs.
I live in East Devon with my wife Faye, three children, Finley, Evie and Millie, and two Cocker Spaniels, Duke and Mabel. We enjoy quality family time together, both in the countryside for walks, cycling and pub lunches, and often spend time at the coast enjoying paddle boarding and boating.
