Hi I am Martin Havinga, I am a property consultant and part of a dynamic group at Fine & Country Pretoria Old East. I focus on the Lynnwood areas & Surrounds.
Being raised in the area from a early age and attending school at Menlo Park High School, I have had extensive experience in the local development of Lynnwood for the past 40 years.
My first job was at the SARS and received extensive training in all personal tax matters. After that I worked in the sales field at Old Mutual brokering & banking, and had a few restaurants of my own. This goes to show that sales are in my blood.
I have a genuine passion and infectious enthusiasm for the Real Estate industry. I started to look into the property market while I was managing a corporate building in Centurion. Directly after I sold this particular property for investors, the real estate bug bit me.
I strive to build a long-lasting relationship with my clients by providing a personable approach to home buying and selling, and aims to surpass my client's expectations on every occasion. Customer service is of utmost importance, and constant communication is vital.
