A seasoned professional who is well versed with the vagaries of negotiating from having previously run two of my own estate agencies, been in the Chair for the West Surrey Association of estate agent’s auctioneers’ valuers and surveyors, and successfully managed two other agencies. I can show from experience that time and trust are the most precious of resources.

Time is something that many agencies simply cannot devote enough of, for a variety of reasons. It’s his time that I gift to potential clients. Having the rapport, the time to understands their goals and listen to their challenges, to build a relationship and to provide solutions.
