Rosie Cemmick

In May 2021 I joined the Fine & Country North Cumbria team as a trainee sale negotiator. I had previously worked with the team on a work experience placement, and it was at this point that I realised my passion for property. As well as on the job learning, this year I am undertaking an accreditation which will cover all aspects of estate agency.
My day-to-day roles include, being a first point of contact and dealing with enquiries, as well as helping to keep our social media up to date. I go out on property inspections which enables me to answer prospective buyer enquiries. Since, I was very young I have always loved art and being creative, as I got older, I found an interest for interior design which has also led to my interest in property.
I have lived in Cumbria all my life; I went to a local grammar school and the local Agricultural College. The countryside is my passion, I studied Land and Wildlife management at Newton Rigg College, and I loved every second of it. I also enjoy music, I play guitar, sing and write my own original songs. In my spare time I love going out with friends, visiting family and going to the gym.
