Each high-quality apartment we list comes with realistic photography, detailed floor plans and expertly written descriptions – this means that you'll get a good idea of whether it feels like home before you arrange a viewing. So, cut out those disappointing visits when you realise the property isn't as promised.
The Letting Partnership

The Lettings Partnership are a governed body that specialise in client accounting and money protection. We work with them to safeguard your initial deposit, as well as each month's rent to ensure that everyone's money is protected no-one is out of pocket.
The science behind our success
We use the latest innovations to ensure that your tenancy is managed properly. Using our sophisticated online maintenance diagnostic system, you can troubleshoot any issues that may arise. If it's something that needs a professional hand, you can log it with the system and we'll get one of our pre-approved tradesmen out to you as soon as we can.

We may charge a tenant any or all of the following when required:

We shall continue to apply the charges within the existing tenancy agreement until 31st May 2020.
Applicant fee of £420 inc VAT which covers administration, referencing, the tenancy agreement and your check out. The security deposit is 6 weeks' rent, and rent is usually paid monthly and in advance. Additional fees for Saturday check-in and additional guarantors may be incurred.
