Paul joined our Ferndown office in 2010 just 10 months after the office first opened. He started his Estate Agency career straight from school in 1986 and has worked in Ferndown and the surrounding areas for the past 30 years! He has gained senior management level experience with both corporate and independent Estate Agents and has acquired an in-depth knowledge and valuable experience of the local property market over this time. He has a desire to always deliver a first class professional service and is proud to have the opportunity of leading one of the most successful and respected Estate Agency teams in Ferndown and looks forward to dealing with past and future clients. Out of hours Paul enjoys walking his dog (a labradoodle called Darcey!) and keeping fit being a keen cyclist and runner.
James started his agency career in 2009 working for one of the largest corporate estate agency chains in the UK where he won multiple awards over a four year period. He has worked and managed various offices in the South, as well as having experience in selling properties internationally from New York to Cape Verde. James is at the coalface of the sales team in Ferndown and he is on hand to assist purchasers and vendors who are looking for their next move. James now lives with his partner on the outskirts of Ferndown and is pleased to be working in a town he knows very well having grown up nearby whilst having been an active member of Ferndown Golf Club.
Nathan has joined the Ferndown team after a successful period within our Bournemouth branch. Since joining the team in Ferndown, Nathan has made an immediate impact with vendors and buyers alike, forging an instant reputation of honesty and delivering on his promises. Living locally, Nathan has over 5 years experience within the local estate agency market and has wider commercial experience having run his own successful business for almost 10 years. Nathan lives with his partner locally and has two children, outside work he enjoys paddle boarding, going to the gym and running.
Sarah is in charge of sales co-ordination for the Verwood and Ferndown Offices and assists with the administrative support for the Verwood branch. Before working within the estate agency industry, Sarah trained and worked as a legal executive and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and a calm approach to problem solving. She thrives on a challenge and prides herself on the customer service she provides. She lives locally in Verwood with her husband and two children.
Leanne is responsible for all aspects of administration within our busy Ferndown office and has strong customer service background. Having lived locally for many years she has a breadth of knowledge of the local area and maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors. Along with excellent customer service, organisational skills and strong work ethic, Leanne provides outstanding support to our sales and management departments and is a fantastic addition to the team.
