Meet Our Team

Charles Robinson MARLA was brought up in the area and now lives in South Newbury. He has been helping people sell their homes since 1987.

Paul started in marketing and brought these valuable skills to property sales when he became an estate agent in 1991. Paul joined Jones Robinson in 1998 and was made a Director in 2004.

Jo joined Jones Robinson in January 2018, after relocating from the Bristol area. She looks after the operational functions of the group’s offices and their marketing activity. Jo lives in Thatcham.

With 8 years' agency experience he has a fantastic record at Newbury and continually receives great feedback from his clients. James lives in West Berkshire and in his spare time loves travelling and spending time with his friends and family.

Matthew joined Jones Robinson as Sales & Lettings Director in June 2021, with an impressive 27 years’ agency experience. Most recently he was MD for a 12-branch Agency in Berkshire & Oxfordshire where he spent 15 years in both sales and lettings. Matt is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MARLA) and the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). In his spare time he’s a selfconfessed airplane geek, Formula 1 fan and a lifelong Reading FC supporter!

Beth started 5 years ago as a viewings consultant and then joined the virtual graduate scheme in 2016. This involved working in property management, then our lettings department, finally moving to the sales department on the busy front desk in Newbury. Beth is now delighted to be a member of our team of Valuers.

Daniel joined as Senior Valuer in 2021, after 15 years with a 12-branch Agency in Berkshire & Oxfordshire where he managed 4 offices, so has a wealth of experience in both sales and lettings. His natural energy and enthusiasm, with a strong desire to succeed, made him a perfect fit for the Jones Robinson team. In his spare time, he is a keen football and cricket fan, being a long-time season ticket holder for Reading FC and a member of England cricket's Barmy Army fan group!

Megan joined our very busy Sales & Lettings Admin team in Jones Robinson in 2021, after working for one of the High Street banks. She is a perfect fit for the Admin department, having been trained in providing excellent customer service and all matters compliance, so is well prepared to ensure that our strict legislation processes are followed to the letter! Megan lives in Newbury and in her spare time keeps fit and enjoys travelling.

Mollie joined our busy front desk from a customer service role at John Lewis in 2019. She quickly proved to be a valuable asset to our sales team and was promoted to Front Desk Deputy Manager in 2021. Mollie lives in Thatcham.

Samantha heads up the Sales Administration team and joined Jones Robinson in February 2020 from a background in sports coaching and customer service. She enjoys helping Jones Robinson clients through their journey by assisting in joining all the pieces of the property selling jigsaw to achieve a positive sale! In her spare time Sam enjoys travelling and has already ticked many places off her list including Australia, Canada, Thailand and Europe. She also enjoys keeping active by completing in triathlons and has even completed 9 half marathons over the last few years!

This is Tayler’s first full-time role as a member of our busy front desk team, joining in October 2020, and although she is our youngest member of staff, she has quickly proved herself to be diligent, confident and dedicated. She is thoroughly enjoying her new career with Jones Robinson and has taken to estate agency like a duck to water! Born and bred in Hungerford, Tayler enjoys baking and fly fishing.
