It has been my immense pleasure to work in the property industry for over three decades. During that time, I have been designing, developing, selling, consulting and carrying out private client acquisitions in both residential and commercial markets. It has been a career that has taken me to nearly every inhabitable continent on the planet.
I have enjoyed assisting families relocate around the globe, including people in the public eye, VIP's, politically exposed people, stars of sport, film and music as well as titans of industry, CEO's, UHNW investors and, naturally, members of the public who are looking for a quality service.
I visit potential homes and country estates for sellers and buyers, ‘negotiate the sale/purchase’ and chaperone the buying/selling journey to a successful conclusion.
I endeavour to offer a complete concierge service, which starts with a consultation and continues through to organising removals and utility providers, as well as changing council tax responsibilities. In order to deliver a high-quality professional service, the clients and properties I represent are carefully selected.
In order to deliver a bespoke service to my sellers, I agree on five fundamental principles from the outset:
1) The price point has to be realistic
2) The presentation of the property should be ready for market
3) The motivation to sell has to be definite
4) I have to be inspired by the proposition
5) I have to get on well with the sellers in order to best serve
For buyers looking for a personal buying agent service, there are four key factors I adhere to:
1) Establish rules of engagement – my brokerage fees
2) Focus – buyers must be specific about preferred location and home style
3) Finance – be in a position to act quickly
4) Realistic – acting as your buying agent works best when there is mutual respect, regarding an outcome that meets both the Buyers and the Sellers expectations. In order for any sale to progress to key-handover my focus specialises in the negotiation of terms that will satisfy all parties involved in the transaction.

Post graduation, and a move to London where Freya worked as a performer, taught Musical Theatre & Dance and worked in luxury retail. Over her performing career, Freya has been lucky enough to have worked with Mathew Bourne and perform at Sadler’s Wells.
Freya’s education and experiences have solidified discipline, determination and interpersonal skills into her character.
