Adam is using his extensive sales and management experience to sell homes in an area in which he and his wife call home. Having worked within relocation, lettings and sales, Adam is highly knowledgeable in digital marketing strategies and is adept at deploying these for increased customer exposure.

Nicholas Blake has spent the last year working with Cowell Group & EML (Investment and Asset Management companies), prior to which he was the founder-owner of BlakeStanley Estate Agents, a multiple office independent estate agency he opened in 2003 in East London, covering both residential and commercial sales (including land and new homes), rentals and property management. In the eight years previous, he worked for a number of estate agents all over London in order to garner the necessary experience to set up his own company; these including Copping Joyce, Foxtons, Townends, Chard, Ludlow Thompson and Chesterton, covering from South Kensington/Chelsea to Notting Hill, Putney, Clapham & Battersea, Kennington, Tower Bridge and Islington/Shoreditch. In addition to this, Nick was one of four directors of the BMCIC (Broadway Market Community Interest Company); this is a voluntary non-paid position in a not-for-profit company that started the Saturday Market on Broadway Market in 2005 – an enormous achievement in the face of much adversity from Hackney Council Markets and Parking Dept. The company’s aim was to create a charitable organisation which would be able to give back to the community. This Saturday market has now grown to 160 individual stalls with over 22,000 visitors per week; a benefit to Hackney Council to the tune of £17m per annum. On moving out of London Nick resigned his position from the board of the BMCIC. Nick and his wife Olivia moved out of East London to Amersham in Buckinghamshire in 2013, then moved to Great Missenden in 2015. Olivia is a local Learning Support Assistant, and with two daughters at school in Great Missenden and Chesham Grammar, Nick and Olivia have an in depth knowledge of the local area and are excellently positioned to assist in the selling or purchasing of property in South Buckinghamshire.

It happened in 1984 when Paul, who then had successfully established himself in Hotel business Management, and the demanding world of customer service and professional catering within corporate hospitality and leisure groups; was asked to seriously consider pursuing a career in real estate by one of his clients. Why not? Both careers needed the essential attention to detail and involved exclusive customer care and service which he was well versed with. Building relationships for Paul was second nature and this opportunity developed into an upward path of practical involvement into the many interesting and educational facets of the property industry. Paul initially started operating within the Kingston and New Malden Coombes area and later settled in the beautiful ‘Surrey Hills’ looking after customers and clients between Guildford and Dorking from his East Horsley base. At this point in his career, Paul realised that he was committed and enjoyed the success and philosophy of Bringing People and Property together. During this period, he was proud to represent the corporate company in the capacity of the Chairman for the West Surrey Association of estate agents Auctioneers and Valuers. His achievement was to have the NAEA body recognised and embedded within the growing company and set standards and business ethics within the group for effective transactions. Paul is ambitious and diligent in a methodical way where his desire, drive and personality along with a thoughtful character gave traction to rise and progress through many challenging years. Paul rose to becoming a Director from a junior negotiator role within the same company who incidentally merged with other banking organisations and consortiums. Between then and now he has had his own two estate agencies in Hertfordshire and Essex and took over the running of an independent Scottish Property agency in the scenic Highlands. Latterly he has traveled intensively and worked in many countries associating himself with property related matters for private clients and not for profit Charities. Which brings us to present day where Paul is happy to announce that he is working in partnership with Fine & Country and delighted to be back to his familiar well-trodden path of the stunning Surrey Hills, being a recognised area of outstanding national beauty with its charming towns and attractive historic villages. He is a great supporter of surrounding local communities to maintain rural appeal and value.
