Owners Comments - Built in c1850 this handsome three-storey family home occupies an enviable location on a sought after residential road, just moments from Shrewsbury town centre. Belle Vue has a fantastic community feel with many events for its residents."It was a real combination of house and location that brought us here eleven years ago," says the owner. "We'd previously lived in the area and absolutely loved it, simply because it's one of those places that offers the best of both worlds. We have easy access to the beautiful Quarry park, the local independent shops and the walks around the river with wonderful pubs and restaurants and the town centre is just a stone's throw away. The house itself has quite simply been the perfect family home, but interestingly it's never been on the open market before now. It is a significant house to many of the older generations within the community of Belle Vue as it was once a doctor's surgery for many years.
"It's a very striking house and inside it boasts fantastic proportions, which is something else that we were drawn to. The rooms are all wonderfully spacious with high ceilings and the layout works perfectly for busy family life. We have four lovely big reception rooms on the ground floor, which are very flexible in terms of how you want to use them; the bedrooms, which are arranged over the first and second floor are all good sizes, so no one has had to compromise on space.
The garden acts as a perfect sun trap to relax in the summer sun. It is a great space for entertaining or for the kids to enjoy.
