About the Area
Alderton is a small village located on the Deben Peninsula close to the Suffolk Heritage Coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), close to the highly regarded River Deben. The village has a Post Office and village shop, St Andrew's Church, a public house called The Swan, a doctors' surgery, allotments, a bowls club, a children's football team, adventure playground and playing fields. Many of Suffolk's finest attractions are easily accessible from here – Orford, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Bawdsey, Snape Maltings, and world famous Sutton Hoo to name but a few.

From the A12, take the A1152 towards Melton. Proceed through the village of Melton and over the River Deben, then take the second exit at the roundabout onto the B1083. Continue to follow the B1083 until you reach the village of Alderton. The road will bend sharply to the left and then to the right. The property will then be found on the right hand side.
