The property sits off the North Road set back from the roadside on a 0.16acre plot. There is a graveled parking area to the front with space for up to six cars with a brick patio and lawn to the side. The north wall of the house marked the original boundary of the property but in 2011 additional land was acquired to extend the garden and give the house rear access, with a wide farm gate leading to the back garden. At the same time, planning permission was granted for the erection of a large garage/cart lodge, and the foundations and base of this building were laid. The construction was never completed but with planning permission protected, there is open potential for a garage or home-office building project to proceed should that be deemed necessary. As well as to the front of the property there are also uninterrupted stunning views across green belt open farmland to the north with the rear garden extending approximately 85ft.
