There are top class local schools within walking distance, while the town centre and the sandy beaches are only a short distance away.


You can stroll through the nearby alleyway to the main road for the LOOP bus or to the local convenience store/post office and Dumpton Park station, although the trains are faster to London, Canterbury and Ashford from Ramsgate, Journey times to London from Dumpton Park station are longer than if you go from Ramsgate and it is only about eight minutes drive to Ramsgate station where you can get the high speed train to London.


Broadstairs is a delightful Victorian seaside resort with annual events such as Folk Week, the Dickens Festival and the Food Fair. It also includes the excellent North Foreland Golf club and is not far from the Westwood Cross shopping centre, health clubs and a cinema and casino complex. There are also some very good state and private schools close by and we are adjacent to the Broadstairs cricket club for anyone interested in playing or listening to the sound of leather on willow”.
