SELLERS INSIGHT We fell in love with Alma Cottage on the very first visit particularly due to the beamed rooms, the garden, and the large workshop/man cave! We are moving to be closer to our family, and will miss the views that we are blessed with, and the friendly village folk. The sitting room is one of our favourite rooms in the cottage as it has a lovely relaxed and welcoming feel about it. Hargrave village is a perfect location for anyone wishing for ease of access to Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, and London. We have made several improvements over time, and the previous owner removed the thatched roof it originally had, and replaced with the one you see now, with period clay roof tiles. 

STEP INSIDE This period home dates back to the late 1700's, and comprises of generous ground floor accommodation and first floor bedrooms with a family bathroom. There is a large entrance hall with wood flooring and cloakroom with WC and hand wash basin. The kitchen at Alma Cottage is light and airy with views over the fields and garden. Complete with a double oven, and hob, plus spaces for appliances. There is a door onto the garden.
