SELLER'S INSIGHT We originally envisaged buying the property as our final "forever home" but our plans have since changed. We will miss all aspects of the property especially the front room which is a perfect, peaceful space for relaxing and were we not seeking being closer to family we would have no reason to leave. Since buying the house we have modernised the kitchen, put in a new boiler, replaced the front and patio doors as well as adding engineered wood floors and LED lighting throughout.

The kitchen has been extensively remodelled and again provides a functional space for a variety of uses with a breakfast bar, large Range cooker, under counter butler style sink, utility area and fully tiled floor with quartz work surfaces. Should you wish it would serve as a kitchen/diner or kitchen/utility there is certainly the space available but no clear separation has been made by the current owners and utilities have been integrated into the kitchen instead.
