“We fell in love with the property and the surrounding area the moment we saw it and have spent the past few years refurbishing the mill completely as we thought we would be living here for a long time. Sadly work commitments mean we are having to move to another part of the country but hopefully another owner will be able to enjoy everything we have put into the property. Over the years we have completely overhauled our home including rewiring throughout, putting in durable spotlights in every room as well as underfloor heating and new floors in the updated bathrooms and kitchen. The interior and exterior walls and cap of the mill are also newly painted.

Our guests enjoy the rural location but also the close proximity to Dover for the Continent and high speed train to London. Guston village centre is only a mile down the road and includes The Chance pub, a church and village hall while St Margaret at Cliffe is less than two miles away with its hotel, pubs, shops and beach at St Margaret's Bay, with direct access to the iconic White Cliffs offering year round coastal walks so we are ideally placed for a variety of requirements.”
