“I bought this property about five years ago and spent at least six months having it completely renovating from the roof to the cellar as I thought it was going to be my 'forever' home. During that time I had up to 56 people working on the property to ensure that nothing was left unturned and I feel sure that it is now a truly unique property not only in Dover but possibly  within the whole of Kent

However for health reasons I have decided to move to warmer climes so sadly I feel it is time to sell the house and hope that whoever buys it will appreciate everything that has gone into creating this very special property. This is particularly important if for instance you work in the artistic and entertainment world and work late into the evening but would like to get home to your coastal retreat comparatively quickly and easily.
