Oliver Hills vision was to create, London's Long Island in a modernist style. Originally there were plans to build around 1100 new homes, with a modern element, namely Frinton Park estate. Sadly, this did not come to fruition and there are approximately 40 individually styled homes in Frinton-On Sea. The map of which is proudly placed in mosaic tiles within the front reception room of The Round House, which was constructed to be the show home of this wonderful venture.
