Owners Comments - Located a few miles north of Shrewsbury in the Shropshire village of Hadnall, this extended 1930s detached home sits set back from the road in large peaceful gardens overlooking beautiful countryside. Occupying an excellent position in the village, local amenities can be reached by foot, however, Shrewsbury, Chester, Birmingham and a number of other locations are an easy commute. Owner Isobel has lived here for 10-years; 'I saw huge potential in this house and have fully opened up several rooms to create generous living space and an impressive entrance area, something which creates a great flow from the moment you enter. I re-built triple garages at the top of the driveway and filled in a large disused swimming pool to create a new open-plan kitchen/diner with a formal lounge, both have underfloor heating. I've made sure there's plenty of utility space with a separate back-kitchen-come-pantry. The large garden is fully landscaped with a delightful Mediterranean style patio and dining area with built-in white stone sofas. Hadnall is a prime village location with a strong community feel benefitting from a shop, post office, pub, bar, restaurant and school.
