SELLER'S INSIGHT We purchased the cottage as it was in need of renovating which we were excited to take on, plus the location was just perfect as it sits between where we both work, and is nestled in stunning countryside. The landscaped garden, the countryside views, and watching beautiful sunsets from a peaceful seating area will be greatly missed. We have two favourite rooms, the first being the sitting room with the woodburner lit, and second, in the summer, the garden room with the doors open to the garden. We are positioned close to Lavenham, Long Melford, and Bury St Edmunds whilst being surrounded by fields. Also being close to the local pub which serves great food! We carried out a complete overhaul to make the most of a deceptively spacious cottage and enhanced the historical features in the process. The house is fully renovated and ready to be loved and we can continue renovating another property.

LOCATION The village is approximately 6 miles via the A143 from the historic town centre of Bury St Edmunds so approximately 15-20 minute drive as well as being no more than 20 minutes from the main line train-station to London from Stowmarket. Bury St Edmunds has its own train station with connections to London. Cambridge is a 40 minute drive by car on the A14.
