From the M5 take the exit at Junction 27 following through Tiverton and onto the A361 to South Molton. Proceed through South Molton onto the B3227 signposted Torrington. Continue through Torrington on the A386 following signs to Bideford and on the edge of Torrington take the left turning back onto the B3227 to Langtree. Continue along this road for approximately 2.5 miles until crossing a small stone bridge, turn immediately left after the taka trail car park and the property will be found ahead.
