From Torrington take the A386 Okehampton road and at the bottom of the hill after leaving the town take the left turn onto the A3124 road to Winkleigh. After passing through the village of Beaford continue on passing Dolton Beacon Garage and past the turning off for Stafford Moor Fishery. Take your next left signposted Hollocombe, at the first cross roads turn right and continue to the hamlet of Hollocombe and the property can be found on the left hand side.
From Exeter take the A377 Barnstaple road. After several miles take the left hand turning signposted ‘Bideford/Torrington/B3220’. Continue on this road passing through Winkleigh and the sports hall on your right. On the next sharp left bend, turn right signposted Hollocombe.
