Launching the sales and lettings estate agency business, with husband John, Nina’s focus is on marketing, customer service and the sales process from offer through to completion. Nina has a particular interest in the luxury property market and brings an understanding and her own flair and ability to market these special properties, in a unique way, to really show off all that these properties have to offer. Imogen Ascroft has been working within the property business for 3 years, working Saturdays and evenings, throughout her education, to gain an understanding of property and the marketplace. Following her decision to join the business, Imogen has brought with her confident professionalism, ambition and drive and a fresh approach to marketing. In addition to working within the property business, Imogen has worked in a variety of customer service roles that have shown her how to always put the client first and has provided her with a natural understanding of how to make a client feel valued at all times.
Cathy has worked in property, across South Lancashire, for several years as a Sales Negotiator and Marketing Advisor before embarking on a career in PR.
