Meet Our Team

Having grown up in Perth, Western Australia, Jayson now lives in rural Halfpenny Green, near Stourbridge, with his wife and two dogs. His route into Estate Agency is a varied one, and one which contributes invaluable skills and experience to his expertise in property sales. Seven years in his role as Sales Director at a successful advertising agency, gave him ample opportunity to hone his negotiation and branding skills. The subsequent 12 years as a project manager in residential development, equipped him with a keen eye for streamlining processes, weighing up investment opportunities and creating maximum yields - something everyone selling their home deserves. Over the past five years, Jayson has thrived in the Real Estate industry, both here in the UK and in the Middle East region. He prides himself on exceptional levels of communication and is always available to support his clients through every step of the sales process. Outside of work, Jayson is an early riser, awake most mornings at 5am, and enjoys jogging, hiking and reading.

After working for many years as a lettings agent I decided to study for and qualified as a Mortgage Adviser in 2015. Worked for a large regional Building Society soon after qualifying, where I learnt all about the mortgage industry. In March 2019 I joined Mortgage Advice Bureau to be able to offer my clients a fantastic service and haven't looked back since! I love the variety each case brings and the job satisfaction when the case completes is second to none. In my spare time, I love spending time with my children, travelling and baking.

Sarra also controls the social media presence and ensures the highest standards are maintained at all times. Outside of work, Sarra lives with her husband in a small village in North Nottinghamshire where she enjoys walking her 3 dogs.

After working with a corporate to manage their property portfolio, Natasha decided to enter the luxury property market to fine tune her skills. Working closely with agents across the business in her post-sales position. Natasha aims to deliver a first-class client service through regularly obtaining direct updates from all solicitors, communicating directly with clients and agents to advise on the process and actions to be taken to expediate exchange of contracts within the shortest space of time. Natasha is also helping agents and clients to progress their sale directly as and when required to ensure our standard service levels are consistently achieved.
